Reduction of Sonsors for Forebody Vfc Using Fuzzy Logic Based Control

چکیده

p This paper investigates the minimum number of sensors required to adequately control a forebody vortex flow control system psf for the X-29A aircraft using fuzzy logic p control. A previously designed fuzzy logic r controller which used full state feedback consisting of side-slip angle, yaw rate, roll V rate and bank angle sensors is modified to use VFC only yaw rate and roll rate sensors. Results a show that the fuzzy logic controller p successfully controls the vortex flow control 5 system with only two sensors while satisfying ^ the design specifications. The performance is A improved 12 % based on the cost function compared to the full state fuzzy logic controller for the particular condition investigated
